Join us and get involved! The persistence of hunger and extreme poverty has declined since 1970 from about 40% to only 10%, since 1990 a reduction of 23% alone. Did you know that? Together with the United Nations we want to make world hunger a thing of the past by 2030.
Our contribution will be: Selling One Million Soaps by 2030 with your help at cost, i.e. instead of a profit margin we will donate two euros for soap to The Hunger Project.
Through this website we will inform you on a regular basis about any update and above all about our joint achievements and what is left to achieve. Please help us sell soaps in your school, organization or working place, ideally at cost, not adding any profit for yourself.
If you purchase 20 or 50 Soaps, we can offer you a discount, since for us it represents less work load, meaning packing the soaps in larger quantities, easier delivery and less accounting.
But most importantly, with each soap sale spread the idea of OMS. For example you can ask each of your “customers”, your friend, family or colleague if they can also consider buying another soap for their friends, family etc. Or at least pass on the flyer to others.
We are going to figure out in the near future, how to approach Schools, or Schools project groups, Associations, Bio Shops and Fairs/Conventions, Drugstores, Firms (think Christmas gifts!) etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you want to help! There are no boundaries: if we all pitch in, we can reach our Goal of one million soaps sold!
We want to sell the Soap not only in Germany. We will possibly soon need Volunteers, who can help us with the translation into foreign languages and sell OMS soaps in their respective countries.
